ATTENDANCE:
Purchasing a ticket for, or attending any portion of, an Automatic event constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

GUEST INFORMATION:
Guests must provide accurate registration information. A valid photo ID and ticket or confirmation email may be required for entry, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable; however, a credit toward a future event may be issued if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the event. If Automatic cancels the Event, registered Guests will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less any applicable processing fees. If the Event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the new date. Automatic is not responsible for travel or other costs related to attending the Event.

 

TICKET TRANSFER:
Tickets are issued only to approved Automatic Guests and may not be sold, gifted, or transferred.

 

ATTENDANCE DISCRETION:
Membership and event attendance are subject to approval by Automatic. Automatic reserves the right to revoke tickets or membership, refuse admission, or remove attendees for any reason, including conduct inconsistent with event policies or the mission of Automatic. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Automatic may enforce reasonable health and safety measures and may refuse entry to any Guest who does not comply. Attendance is voluntary and at the Guest’s own risk. Guests release Automatic from claims relating to health or safety issues to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ACTIVITIES:
Participation in event activities is voluntary and at the Guest’s own risk. Guests release Automatic from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING AND CONTENT RELEASE:

By registering for an Automatic event, you agree that your voice and likeness may be recorded during the event. You further agree that these recordings, along with any presentation materials shown or shared during the event, may be retained, distributed, and broadcast by Automatic in perpetuity, in whole or in part, without further permission, notice, or compensation.

MEDIA:
Automatic events are private. Media attendance, press coverage, interviews, or public reporting are not permitted.

SPEAKERS / MODERATORS / PANELISTS:
Automatic may change speakers, moderators, and/or panelists at any time without notice.

SPEAKER OPINIONS:
Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not represent Automatic. Presentations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

AMENDMENTS:
Automatic reserves the right to modify these terms. Attendance constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
