ATTENDANCE: By purchasing a ticket for Automatic, or attending any portion of an Automatic event without tickets, Guest agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

GUEST INFORMATION: Guest represents that registration information is true and accurate in all respects. In order to check in to the Event, Guest may be asked to present a valid photo ID and a Guest ticket/confirmation email, and the name on Guest's photo ID must match the name on Guest's ticket/confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Except as provided herein, all ticket sales are final. Automatic tickets are non-refundable; however, we are pleased to offer a credit toward a future event if notice is given at least 7 days before the scheduled start of your ticketed event. If the Event is cancelled by Automatic at any time and for any reason, each registered Guest shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee, less any applicable processing fees. If the Event is rescheduled, Guest will be able to transfer the registration fee to the new date. During the 30 days after the announcement of the new date, Guest will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund (less processing fees). If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, Automatic shall not be responsible for reimbursing travel or other costs associated with attending the event; said costs shall be the sole responsibility of Guest.

TICKET TRANSFER: Tickets are issued exclusively to approved Automatic Guests and are non-transferable. For the integrity and intent of the event, tickets may not be gifted, sold, or transferred to another individual.

ATTENDANCE DISCRETION: Network membership and event attendance are subject to approval by Automatic. Automatic reserves the right to revoke or cancel any individual’s ticket or membership at its discretion, without guarantee of refund. The organizers also reserve the right to refuse admission, remove, or deny continued participation to any attendee for any reason, including but not limited to noncompliance with event policies or conduct inconsistent with the mission and values of Automatic.
No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in such cases. The decision of the event organizers shall be final.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Automatic will take commercially reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all Guests and staff. Automatic reserves the right to refuse entry to any Guest who does not comply with reasonable health and safety measures. By attending the Event, Guest releases Automatic from any claims for damages relating to COVID-19 or other health or safety issues to the maximum extent permitted by law. Guest’s attendance at the Event is at Guest’s own risk.

ACTIVITIES: Participation in any activity organized by Automatic is completely at Guest's own risk. By attending the Event and participating in any activity, Guest releases Automatic from any claims or liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PHOTOS / VIDEO / AUDIO: Automatic intends to capture images, video, and audio at the Event. By attending, Guests agree to allow Automatic to use said images, video, and audio for marketing or other purposes. If a Guest speaks from the stage at the Event, said Guest grants Automatic the right to use Guest’s name and the images, video and audio captured from Guest’s presentation for marketing or other purposes.

MEDIA: Automatic events are private. Media attendance is not permitted, and no press coverage, interviews, or public reporting is allowed. We ask Guests to respect the privacy and confidentiality of attendees.

SPEAKERS: Automatic reserves the right to change the line-up of speakers or breakout session moderators at any time, with or without prior notice to Guests.

SPEAKER OPINIONS: Opinions expressed by the speaker(s) are solely their own and do not reflect the opinions of Automatic or any entities affiliated with Automatic. The talks are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for investment decisions. The talks should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the speaker(s) or entities with which the speaker(s) are affiliated.

AMENDMENTS: Automatic reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Attendance by the Guest at the Event shall indicate acceptance of the then-current form of the Agreement.
